New Quebec-based study suggests teaching practices hinder Black youth

Some educators in Montreal are once again raising questions about Quebec’s education system. Preliminary results of a new research study suggest systemic racism in Quebec schools is adversely impacting Black youth. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, researchers say some pedagogical practices need to change.
