A month after Canadian airports were scenes of chaos because of bad weather, cancelled or delayed flights, and a shortage of staff, airlines are dealing with thousands of complaints. Many airlines asked customers to understand what they went through, but Sean O’Shea reports what happens when a customer makes a mistake and ask the airline for a change of heart.
