The mayor of Amherst, N.S. says he hopes work can move ahead as soon as safely possible to address climate threats to the vital land border between Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Work to better prepare the Chignecto Isthmus will cost hundreds of millions of dollars. But the governments involved don’t appear to have come to a conclusion on the best way forward yet.
