B.C Ferries was forced to cancel most sailings Tuesday morning because the snow made the approaches to terminals unpassable. There were also some chilly scenes at one of Metro Vancouver’s busiest transit hubs. Morning commuters braved long waits outside Vancouver’s Commercial- Broadway station.
