The future of regional transit in Edmonton

A decision by Edmonton city council has signaled the end of Edmonton Metropolitan Transit Services Commission. Last week, the city pulled out of a plan for transit with the surrounding communities following years of advocating for it — leaving the partners to pick up the pieces.
