NB Power asks utilities board to rebate customers 1% in 2023

NB Power has asked the Energy and Utilities Board to rebate customers one per cent next year. The reimbursement comes after legislative changes to the electricity act last year, but it still means an overall eight per cent increase in 2023 if the utility’s application for a general rate increase is also approved.
