Kelowna introducing Indigenous harm reduction program

Thanks to a recent grant from the federal government, the City of Kelowna will soon be offering a new Indigenous harm reduction program. The program looks to grow cultural safety through harm reduction services and stop the stigma that Indigenous peoples and other communities face in Kelowna. Jayden Wasney reports.
