Toronto school board holds special meeting to tackle violence

The Toronto District School Board held a meeting on Monday to look for ways to deal with a spike in violent incidents at its schools. But, while it’s clear there are significant problems, potential solutions are still being hotly debated. Shallima Maharaj reports.
