With a goal to triple the number of internationally-trained doctors practicing in British Columbia by 2024, the province is expanding a program to ease and expedite the licensing process for these physicians. Neetu Garcha looks at the goal to create equal opportunities, and the calls to make family medicine more desirable to medical graduates.
