Cycling advocates in Halifax are upset after another delay building a ramp to the MacDonald Bridge bike lanes. The bikeway is being delayed until at least 2024 – and the Halifax cycling coalition says the city now has to come up with a plan to keep cyclists safe in the interim. Amber Fryday has more.
