Saskatchewan’s first household hazardous waste recycling depot opened it’s doors on Monday in Regina. Residents can now help divert waste from landfills and waterways by safely disposing of hazardous houseold materials like paint, fertilizers and batteries. The depot is located next to the landfill on Fleet Street and is open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
