Charges laid in double stabbing next to Richmond RCMP detachment

Charges have been laid in a stabbing that happened next to the Richmond RCMP detachment. The stabbing happened Wednesday at a warehouse near Stevenson Highway and No. 5 Road. Police found two people suffering stab wounds.
