U.S. will collaborate with southeast Asian nations: Biden

U.S. President Joe Biden on Saturday promised that the United States would work with a strategically vital coalition of southeast Asian nations, telling leaders “we’re going to build the better future that we all want to see.” Biden outlined $250 million in investments already provided and an additional $850 million request to Congress for assistance in southeast Asia.
