Winnipeg Police Services Const. Dani McKinnon spoke on Wednesday about the arrest of two adults responsible for giving out THC-infused gummies to trick-or-treaters on Halloween. Police were able to narrow down the suspect house to a residence on the first block of Coleraine Crescent. Kids that received the THC-treats were between the ages of 6 and 16.
