Ontario Education Minister Stephen Lecce says he won’t negotiate the details of a counteroffer from the Canadian Union of Public Employees’ (CUPE) education workers unless they cancel plans to walk off the job on Friday. “Take the threat off the table and let’s talk,” he said in a news conference on Wednesday.
