Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos announced Monday that starting Oct. 1, COVID-19 border rules and air travel mandates will no longer be enforced. He said this includes the requirement to submit information to ArriveCAN app, as well as vaccine mandates for international travellers entering Canada.
