Winnipeg Police Service Const. Jay Murray issued a plea to the public on Thursday asking for assistance identifying a deceased man. On Aug. 5, police encountered the unidentified man in medical distress outside a McDonald’s restaurant on Main Street. Before arriving at McDonald’s he boarded Transit bus — route 15 — at 12:34 a.m. Police say his fingerprints do not exist in any database, local or national making him hard to identify.
