Former Royal press secretary Dickie Arbiter reflects on working with Queen Elizabeth

Dickie Arbiter was Queen Elizabeth’s press secretary from 1988 to 2000, and also managed press for Princess Diana and then-Prince Charles. Arbiter has direct experience on what it’s like to work at Buckingham Palace during a crisis. Global National’s Dawna Friesen speaks with Arbiter about the Queen’s death, and how King Charles has handled the monarchy’s transition.
