New air passenger protection regulations take effect

The federal government has introduced new air passenger protection regulations. Airlines now have to refund passengers for delays and cancellations of three hours or more if the passenger can’t be rebooked onto another flight. Marianne Dimain has more on what travellers can expect moving forward.
