New poll suggests religious minorities in Quebec are feeling less accepted, less hopeful, and less safe since Bill 21

The Quebec government sold Bill 21 as a means of achieving state neutrality in religious affairs and promoting equality. A new survey suggests it is doing the opposite, with Quebecers feeling women have been singled out, and religious divisions growing. As Dan Spector reports, the survey also suggests that while support remains strong for Bill 21, people want to see it tested in court.
