B.C. gas prices drop despite supply shortages

Drivers in parts of the province are getting some relief at the pumps, with gas prices dropping. But not all gas stations have cheaper fuel because of a supply shortage. And as Catherine Urquhart reports, that means several gas stations are posting zeros.
