Toronto Police say they are investigating after fireworks were set off near the end of a Dua Lipa concert inside Scotiabank Arena. Video purportedly shows several red and yellow fireworks going off in the middle of the venue with thousands of spectators. Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, which overseas the venue, confirmed the fireworks were unauthorized and illegal.
