CRTC questioned on Rogers outage impact on 911 services, says issue was ‘complete connectivity’ loss

Ian Scott, chairperson and CEO of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), was questioned Monday on if the organization accepts some responsibility regarding oversight in relation to Rogers Communications Inc.’s outage and its impact on 911 services.
