Consumer Matters: BC Hydro customer speaks out after paying for the wrong meter

A Surrey man is speaking out about his ordeal with BC Hydro when it came to light his electricity meter had been mixed up with his neighbours years ago. His first clue was a sudden spike in his power bill but when he reached out to the crown corporation the response was less than urgent. That’s when Consumer Matter’s Anne Drewa got involved.
