Distillerie Mariana located in the Mauricie region, northeast of Montreal, produces a rum that has just been crowned “best flavoured rum in the world” at an international competition. Philippe Leblanc took over the microdistillery in 2019 and joins Global’s Kim Sullivan to share his story.
