U.S. Supreme Court ruling limits EPA’s ability to regulate carbon emissions

The U.S. Supreme Court released its final decisions for this term including a big one on the environment. The court sided with a group of Republican-led states and coal-mining companies in a decision that could have broad implications for how the Biden Administration moves forward in fighting climate change.
