An off-island windmill, said to be the oldest one of its kind that is still functional, was inaugurated Tuesday. The Pointe-du-Moulin windmill was restored after a storm broke its wooden blades back in 2016. As Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports, more restoration work will be carried out in the Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot park.
