Nathalie Provost finally attended a convocation, more than 32 years after a gunman opened fire in a classroom at École Polytechnique, killing 14 women and injuring many others including Provost. It was an emotional moment as the gun control advocate and survivor was recognized with an honorary doctorate at a ceremony at the Palais des Congrès in downtown Montreal Thursday afternoon.
