Two men were arrested following an incident at Lock 19 of the Trent-Severn Waterway in Peterborough on Wednesday night.
Peterborough police say they initially responded to reports of three people in distress in the Otonabee River. Police arrested two men in the incident after learning a group of people were jumping off a crane at a construction site at Lock 19 into the river.
