UPDATE: One person has died after an ammonia leak at an ice plant in Kamloops. The leak happened at an ice plant around 10:30 Thursday morning –in an industrial area near the Yellowhead Highway. Hazmat crews responded and evacuated the area and four people were treated in hospital.
