Citizens pack council chambers in wake of Chinatown deaths

It was an emotional Edmonton city council meeting Tuesday, as people spoke out about safety concerns in Chinatown in the wake of two men being attacked and killed last week. As Kim smith reports, members of the public aren’t typically allowed to speak during council.
