Warsaw, Ind., pastor Rev. John Lowe II, 65, confessed to an incident of what he described as “adultery,” which took place over 20 years ago with a 16-year-old girl, witnessed by churchgoers at New Life Christian Church & World Outreach on May 22. Following the confession from the pastor, the victim, now in her 40s, also spoke before the congregation and recalled the incident, stating she was a “prisoner” and he kept her in his “prison.” The legal age of consent in Indiana is 16.
