Vancouver mayor advocates for Broadway Plan

A week from now Vancouver city council will vote on the Broadway Plan – a proposal that includes more density and taller buildings. Today, Mayor Kennedy Stewart says it will create affordable housing while protecting existing renters in that area from excessive rent hikes. Andrea Macpherson reports.
