Councilors in Pointe-Claire, Que., voted to remove Cadillac Fairview from the city's development freeze earlier this week. Despite this, no plans are official. An unofficial town hall meeting was held on Saturday for residents to have their voices heard. Global's Olivia O'Malley has more.
