Province denies baby’s Indigenous name on birth certificate

A Campbell River couple is battling with the province to accept their baby’s Indigenous name. The name contains special characters often used in the Kwakʼwala language. As Kylie Stanton reports, the parents feel the baby’s name holds tradition and deep meaning.
