2 years since Alberta’s first confirmed COVID-19 case: ‘We’ve come so far’

It’s been exactly two years since Alberta’s first confirmed case of COVID-19, Alberta chief medical officer of health Dr. Deena Hinshaw said while looking back at how the pandemic played out and where the province goes from here. She said COVID is still a threat, but the risk has been reduced and asked people to be patient and respectful of each other’s choices on how to deal with it.
