Quebec loosens more measures starting with vaccine passports in some locations

February 15, 2022
Quebec is following suit of other provinces and removing the vaccine passport. It will be a gradual process beginning Wednesday in some locations and fully eliminated by March 14. But as Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports, the health minister is telling Quebecers to not to delete the VaxiCode app.
