An Edmonton nurse says some of the most vulnerable people in the city are being paid to get vaccinated against COVID-19 by people who don’t want the jab but still want a QR code that lets them do things like eat in restaurants. As Breanna Karstens-Smith explains, police are now investigating the claims.
