Ontario Health Minister Christine Elliott provided details Monday on the province’s new restrictions to help contain the spread of the Omicron COVID-19 variant. The new restrictions include moving schools online, reducing social gathering limits, and closures and capacity limits for businesses. The restrictions take effect on Jan. 5.
