A year of extreme weather is ending with dangerously cold temperatures across most of the west. A deep freeze has settled over much of B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The unusually cold weather is causing all kinds of problems, from frostbite and frozen pipes to cancelled COVID clinics. Heather Yourex-West reports.
