B.C. government issues first requests for road repair quotes

The B.C. government has issued its first request for bids in one of the biggest rebuilding projects the province has ever seen. As Kristen Robinson reports, it gives us an indication of the monumental cost of rebuilding our roads and highways after devastating floods.
