As of Tuesday, travellers over the age of 12 who aren’t vaccinated against COVID-19 won’t be able to board a plane or passenger train in Canada. However, there are a few exceptions. As Kim Smith reports, there was at least one passenger at Edmonton International Airport denied boarding on Day 1.
