There’s a feeling of cautious optimism on Sumas Prairie in Abbotsford. The damaged dikes on the Sumas River have been patched up and the flood water is now dropping. But as Emily Lazatin reports, the next wave of rainy weather that expected to hit over the coming days has many people still on edge.
