A group representing several Vancouver Island First Nations is calling for changes to the Tofino harbour following two recent float plane crashes. The Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council says safety upgrades must be implemented in the harbour in order to prevent similar accidents from happening there again. Neetu Garcha reports.
