A Vancouver restaurant that has flouted several COVID-19 rules since the pandemic began has been ordered to shut down. Two Coastal Health employees informed the owner of Corduroy in Kitsilano on Wednesday that the restaurant is being closed for not complying with the province’s vaccine card requirements.
