A man is dead and a woman is in custody connected to what police describe as a suspicious death investigation. Kelowna RCMP were called to a home in the Lower Mission early this morning.
Upon arrival, they discovered the male victim and arrested a woman on scene a short time later. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
