It was one of the most destructive fires in the region in recent history, the Bush Creek wildfire in the North Shuswap. The nearly 46,000 blaze took a devastating turn on August 18, 2023, when it swept through with a vengeance-- destroying homes in numerous communities. Klaudia Van Emmerik has the latest on the rebuilding process.
