It is just around the corner--the ski season but many B.C. ski resorts are bracing for a possible staffing shortage. At Big White, east of Kelowna, efforts are underway to recruit workers and a lot of them. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, a big part of the problem is securing a visa for workers from abroad.
