Video captured on social media shows scores of young adults partying at a private restaurant at Big White Ski Resort near Kelowna. The party happened after B.C. announced a COVID-19 'circuit breaker' earlier in the day following a spike in coronavirus cases. The new rules saw the temporary closing of indoor dining at bars and restaurants.
