For 12 years, childhood friends Christian Mena and Lino Oliveira have been serving up flavours from Spain and Portugal at their flagship restaurant Sabor in downtown Edmonton, but in recent years the duo started opening a series of popular Spanish-style tapas and wine bars around the city.
